We’re aware that things feel particularly pressured for some of us right now - that’s a result of the continuing growth in submissions and implementation of our global growth strategy. 6yThank you for the input! It's encouraging to know that you're experiencing a people-centered approach at PLOS. It can indeed be a challenge to provide well-structured roles without "other duties creep" when team resources or priorities change, especially given the transitions that have come with new leadership the past couple of years. It's been great to see team structures maturing and stabilizing, and I'm optimistic that will be the case on your team as well :).
