      -I communicate with teams in several different PUBG global offices, and everyone is excited to be working on such a popular game and constantly improving it. -It feels like a very supportive network of gamers and engineers who all want to help push a project or feature out to players and fans to make a difference. -It feels more like a startup than a big corporation -There are opportunities to travel, work on exciting features, and to be involved with any part of the company if you'd like to. -There is a focus on career growth and improving your skills. -There are great learning opportunities, travel, and team building activities.

      Cons

      -The company has grown quickly in the last year, and sometimes hard to keep up with all the stakeholders on projects, but it is improving every day with better organization and communication structure.

      PUBG has gathered experts from across the industry. We have members with prior expertise from almost every major studio and publisher, and we're working hard to build a game that is unique and stands the test of time. We value personal time, pay well, and give every person a voice.

      Cons

      Communication and timezones are hard! We're a truly global team and we purposefully chose to place studios around the world, as close to our players as we could. It takes a very mature person to be able to appreciate different voices and opinions and work in a structure that still tries hard to give a voice to every individual. We're a company built on friendship, consensus and momentum rather than creative dictatorship. However - for those that value empathy, kindness, and hard work there are many unique career growth opportunities available.

      Pros

      Feedback is highly valued, if you want to change something it's encouraged to reach out. Being focused and working hard, not overworking, is handsomely rewarded. The culture at our studio strives to be the best in the industry. It's a friendly group where everyone is respected and very helpful to each other. You get an advanced lesson on learning how to work with a global team.

      Cons

      You cannot expect to change certain aspects of how a company this large operates over night but sometimes I wish it was that easy. :D We've grown so rapidly over the past year that reorganizations and communication breakdowns were inevitable but I think we're leaps and bounds in a better place in these areas today than 1 year ago.
