You can handle a fairly high DAU while developing a global game. Several new games are in development, and there are various genres.

Cons

PUBG still has not surpassed the peak traffic in 2018. There doesn't seem to be much of a chance of it going forward.

Working at PUBG was fast-paced but exciting. Plenty of opportunities are given to employees who are proactive and seek growth. You also get benefits and a yearly bonus.

Cons

Frequent changes in the organizational structure and teams shifting in responsibilities made it confusing to figure out the POCs. Working culture is not necessarily what the company initially made out to be.
