The people. The level of collaboration and support is amazing, Palladium is made up of a really driven group of smart, curious, enthusiastic colleagues (and leaders).

Cons

Over the top IT restrictions - severely limiting ability to innovate, huge administrative burden sometimes extending to personal devices.
