CEO and family really care for employees, regardless of title or level. During challenging times for the company, all hands were on deck to ensure employees and customers were taken care of. There are also opportunites for growth within the company and training opportunities.

Cons

Like most companies, office politics are unavoidable (e.g., favoritism).
