      Pros

      A mid sized family run company. People take time to say hi to you here and to learn more about you. Good benefits, good pay, and meaningful work.

      Cons

      Something I am personally enjoying is that a family run company can be a bet slower than the typical corporate fast track. Of course this is not for everyone. A good example is that I highly recommend getting the opinions of more seasoned employee's before making a decision as people appreciate giving and receiving genuine thought. So if you like this kind of pacing I guess its more of a pro than a con!

      If you just want to work and get by on a daily basis, this is the company for you

      Cons

      No room to grow professionally. Salary and benefits not competitive. Bonuses are only given to Managers or higher.
