Pros

1) There are a lot of good fun people in the company. 2) Good for people who live in Marin.

Cons

1) The pay is subpar compared to the rest of the bay area, and benifets are weak. 2) Managment shifts are frequent leaving your job security up to your new manager. 3) NOT a good place for military veterans to work. They are terrible at working with veterans with disabilities, despite being a military contractor. 4) No Life work Balance.
