      Pros

      you acquire a wide knowledge of the online payment environment, very good exposure with other companies, half way of a bank and it company which gives you multiple option with carrier prosecution. Very good work life balance ensured. Holidays package is spot on.

      Cons

      Poor level of management, strict control on employees movements, no communication between different sites and globally. Bad food and location of the sites.

      Friendly work culture and good food. Great work place and good brand to be associated with. Overall a good place to work at.

      Cons

      Management is very poor. Mostly based on political connections hence decision making suffers. The promotions are based on buttering and less on work efforts. Hence it is demotivating for a hard working professional.
