      Pros

      Opportunity to work remotely when needed. My managers were very flexible and understood the importance of work-life balance. Had some really smart colleagues.

      Cons

      Positions often need to "hit the ground running" with little direction. Additional processes are needed to improve efficiency.

      Used to be a fun place to work. Flexible timing with lots of good benefits.

      Cons

      No longer the fun place I know. Any issues do not rely on HR. They are hardly on your side. Managers need to undergo training to be better managers.
