      Pros

      15 days PTO in year 1, medical insurance starts on day 1, Sabbatical after 5 years, activities and events to keep young people engaged (prom themed Christmas party. They gave out yearbooks as gifts.)

      Cons

      There is no room to do anything in your career. Everything is hourly and the average age has got to be just out of high school. They force you to have a development plan, but it is all for show as there is no where to go. This is a great place if you have a high school education or got a college degree in theater, but if you are a business professional, know that the job you take is the job you will have until you decide to leave.

      One of the best annual salary package Lots of free goodies like Bus/Cab service for pickup/drop

      Cons

      Inconsistent goals. 3-4 years behind in terms of picking up technologies, To build a small feature they introduce a lot of plans and consumes a lot of time. Too many Directors & VPs in the company hierarchy.
