      Overall a good culture, like any company depends on your team and manager. Reputation among technologist improving and David Marcus is executing well.

      Large organization means things can move pretty slowly and affecting change will require good politics to pull in champions for your ideas

      Great place to work many international opportunities

      Pros

      Mobility and size with many various departments and opportunities to switch professions. I like to work here but they generally pay less Han other companies for similar roles. However the benefits are very good.

      Cons

      Size and internal competition. When you go for a job internally there are many people going for it at the same time. The company is also quite far outside the city. And not easy to get to from many places in Dublin.
