      Pros

      PayPal has great talent and really compassionate people which provides great work-life possibilities. I was extremely proud of the campus which has an amazing gym, great cafes, wonderful vegetable garden, great recreational places and overall great working spaces. Provides opportunities to work with global teams and get to know other cultures.

      Cons

      Huge resource overheard with prolonged decision making and clunky technology infrastructure. Unproductive middle-management slows down the process. Lack of people who think on their feet.
