It's always the same old same old stuff here. Company realize there's a problem (cluster in the management and processes), goes through reorg with a whole new set of philosophy, but nothing is done on the low to mid level management, and then employees and managers complain about clustered process, then goes through another re-org

Nothing more than a high tech sweat shop. They will watch you like a hawk and when your numbers look bad you are gone. The fun environment is just for show and they will hire anybody who can type and navigate the internet. There is no dress code at all and many look like they just got out of bed. If you are a mature and profesional adult then just stay away.
