      poeple are nice to work with, great campus, location, gym

      Cons

      Constant reorg, too much time spent on meetings, very poor QA team with very little technical skills, projects get scrapped and vision changes all the time, so resources are not utilised well so way too much freetime,politics . CQ standard has to be raised.grwoth is all about who you know and how you project yourself.

      Pros

      - You get to work on cool stuff - Management training is good if you're selected to be part of it - Pay is good - Opportunities to work abroad with internal transfers

      Cons

      - This place gets more political by the minute...(yes, it IS possible). - Work/Life Balance is non existent. Yes, it's for you to define your boundaries and priorities, but the work environment makes this virtually impossible. Calls with India @ 11pm? check. Call with Europe at 6am the next morning? check. - It takes for ever to get stuff done. - Processes are in the way of innovation - Have they redesigned the xls spreadsheet for employee reviews yet?
