      Pros

      PayPal has good benefits. The salary was good - better than most other companies in the area. Some flexibility in work time and schedule.

      Cons

      Middle management is awful; the worst management layer I have ever had to work with and endure. Bad Managers aren't punished, they're simply moved to other teams and other orgs where they repeat their atrocious behavior. There is little or no promoting or advancement. Teams stagnate with no promotions or advancements for years.

      Work life balance, people oriented, good career opportunities, good package, RSU's, working from home option, moving between Technical and Managerial path.

      Cons

      At times politics, senior management in Chennai should be empowered more to make decisions on their own. Transfers between various locations can be transparent.
