      Pros

      Great place to work; free soda machines, bagels, great breakrooms stuffed with supplies much better than 7-eleven. Perks that pampered employees.

      Cons

      Politics are very apparent in almost every aspect of the company. The company lost it's focus; are we a bank or a technology innovation company? We are seeing ex-bankers taking up top jobs creating their own empires, behaving like warlords killing off team members that are not on their side. Fighting eBay internally is secondary objective.

      Compensation should be very competitive when you compared to similar position in the area. Discount stock purchase plan Quarterly outings (although it;s been cut down a lot lately)

      Never ending workload Very aggressive timeline on projects Long work hours Young company culture, everyone is very competitive and aggressive Expect immediate ramp up on responsibility when you start Pretty hard to get work/life balance
