      - freedom to do what's right for the company - not worried about frivolous stuff like when you come in and when you leave - performers are recognized and rewarded - freedom to manage your work life balance - market defining company - great innovations

      Cons

      - chaotic at times - idea implementation structures are not very well developed and requires a lot of ownership to push things through

      Pros

      Open environment with plenty of room for creativity. If you see something you want changed, don't be afraid to ask, pursue it, and get it done. Generally speaking, plenty of latitude fo learn, grow, and develop uninhibited.

      Cons

      If you do see a need for change, you have to drive it all the way through. Growth has come with some pains namely smelling like a bigger company with more layering of management.

      Pros

      PayPal has a very good environment. People are very friendly and always available when you need help. All the employees are very competent and share their knowledge. The business is doing very well which makes day to day work very exciting.

      Cons

      It is a relatively small office and it is not clear what possible career advancements could be. Most of the employees are contractors or on short term contract. Also, similar companies offer higher salaries.
