Business Outlook
Pros
High growth business that could do great things. PayPal can do a lot and can be a market leader. The potential is there. The payments opportunities for PayPal are really huge and still relatively untapped. The compensation packages are pretty good. The management wants to do right by its people.
Cons
They don't care about doing good engineering. We have a bloated engineering organization that hires warm bodies. There is no focus on creating a solid product. Everything is turf war and political with the most decisions being based on what extend empires not what is the right thing to do.
