      Very political and some directors or managers are better than others. Pay is low.

      Good benefits package and vacation days, free books, people are generally great.

      Cons

      Pretty cliquey, HR is a joke, continuous lay-offs since I've worked there, often workload is split between remaining team members, advancement is difficult.
