Good Work/Life Balance - Poor Pay

Decent work/life balance for the most part. Good benefits, though I'd rather have a salary where I can afford all the things PRH offers at a discount.

Cons

Poor pay even when you are promoted. Better off getting into UX or something where you can make it into the 100K range without having to be with the company for 20 years. Diversity is appalling.
