-Meaningful work -Best salaries in the industry -Motivated, smart (really smart!) coworkers -Good benefits

Cons

-"Best salaries in the industry" are still pretty low, especially starting salaries--but that has more to do with the industry than with PRH specifically. -Workload is high in Editorial, but again, that has more to do with the industry, sadly. I believe workload is on par with other publishing houses. -Promotions take very long.
