Lots of opportunities to learn. Great benefits- lots of time off, wellness reimbursement, good insurance. For the most part coworkers are very kind and good to work with.

Cons

Pay needs to be higher for the amount of overtime worked, responsibilities given, and rising cost of living in NYC. Advancement can be tough but it's doable.
