Working at Penguin is such a fulfilling career. Being able to design a variety of Book covers and see your creativity on book shelves is very rewarding. The company is very inclusive and the staff are all very friendly and great colleagues.

Cons

The pay is very low to be a designer compared to other creative careers.

Great company to work for. People have been so welcoming, friendly and supportive. Great work life balance and culture. Good opportunity to develop and the support network is there too. I am staying for the long haul.

Cons

No real biggy as such, but would welcome a higher salary. There is a bonus scheme, which is good.
