      Pros

      Great team of people to work with, fun company and there is a lot to learn about publishing. I made some really great friends at work.

      Cons

      Poor management, a few bad apples can really ruin the experience. The work is not super challenging so it is easy to get too comfortable and stagnant. Average salary is below other competitive companies.
