Great experience if you have some patience

Pros

Benefits are amazing, and you can learn a lot, if you want to. Chances to implement new ideas are many, but you may need to pull the train alone.

Cons

Processes are messy, and the processes that do exist are a little dumb: expensive for the company and damaging to employees. Also, not that much collaboration among different areas. Teamwork needs to be worked on.

Good company

Pros

Good place to learn and progress your career. Dinamic environment with lots of challenge. Good communication and engaged people.

Cons

Poor organization and high turnaround. Poor life work balance. Low bonus. Headquarters is not connected to manufacturing sites and there are niches inside the company.
