Pros

Very good benefits Starting pay for extras is above average Nationally known brand (sponsor of the Super Bowl halftime show)

Cons

Continuously being asked to do more, even with the economy down. Plan numbers completely unreasonable, especially in the winter time Trucks are junk, several breakdowns. Being forced product that wasn't ordered and made to push it. The work/life balance is too tilted to the work side. Nothing close to the company it was 10 years ago. Way too corporate, number-driven and not about taking care of customers and employees.

Pros

the benefits are good. The pay is good. The management is generally supportive. Safety is a priority. trucks are well kept.

Cons

there are a lot of days with long hours. Management pushes too much. There is a numbers game going on and they don't get it. They force numbers on you and you are the one to bear the brunt of problems from customers.
