Pros

Frito pays a decent salary. The benefits are fairly good but can be expensive. The 401k match and stock options are good. The schedule is Flexible

Cons

There is a lack of concern about work family balance. The hours can be long. It's really hard to get a day off. They re engineer routes yearly so that can be stressful.

Pros

There are 'pockets' of good teams and good job. The key is to find one of those pockets and stay....

Cons

This is a sink or swim culture. People start a new job being set up for failure, very few survive long term

Pros

Constantly challenging- NEVER boring Powerful brands provide a stable base from which to sell Product innovation creates inroads to new customers Relatively easy to relocate

Cons

Compensation is set by "market levels' while results consistently beat market trends. excellence is demanded, but not returned. It needs to be a two-way street.
