Pros

PepsiCo offers competitive salaries, half day fridays during the summer, a diverse workforce, some training opprotunities and decent benefits.

Cons

PepsiCo is a hard company to work for because there is no manager accountability, projects mandated from senior leadership that are controversial, and the company for some reason has the "me too" mentality that does not foster innovation and creativity.

Pros

None except pay. They attempt to beat into your head how fortunate you are to have a job in these difficult ecomonic times

Cons

Poor working conditions, discrimination, constant write-ups, management that does not care about anything except how they look. The bad far out weighs the good. People are in constant fear of losing their jobs over stupid reasons. Enviorment is very hostile as people are pitted against each other

Pros

Balance of family/worklife is excellent

Cons

too much forced distribution. every time a new product comes out we unload as many cases as possible on our poor customers. some locations are ran like frat houses, all about who you know to get a promotion, not about performance. always thinking short term goals instead of long term gains.
