      Pros

      Trend spotters - Sr. management has been good at identifying acquisition targets such as Quaker Oats, Gatorade, Naked Juice, etc to go after key trends in the market.

      Cons

      In Purchase there's some amount of face time required and I saw people regularly work late. Also, the purchase office isn't Manhattan commuter friendly

      Great people, opportunities to build the business through your own initiative are welcomed, fun products, plenty of extra-curricular activities provided on the campus for employee participation, several affinity groups, nice location and great school district in Plano, TX

      Cons

      Entrepreneurial, non-structured atmosphere can be uncomfortable at times, lack of central repository for information, lots of Type A clashing personalities trying to get noticed and constantly giving opinions when not needed or asked for

      The People! That is the thing I hear constantly. It separates us from other companies. The people are so cool and great at what they do.

      People are so passionate about their work that sometimes it takes away time from the personal side.
