      Pros

      Merit-based culture, no slackers to cover for, great senior management, great pay and benefits for the industry

      Cons

      Can be a bit of command and control, industry is very stable so "growth" means killing yourself to hit +2-3% targets. HQ locations are expensive and not the best (Chicago, Dallas, Purchase, NY).

      Pros

      Management is fair and available. The benefits are good. In my first year, I will make over $50,000.

      Cons

      long hours, early mornings and weekends. You really have to work hard to get a good route. It could take 3-5 years to get a permenant route and possibly even longer for a promotion.

      Pros

      For those in the correct circle, you get to work with cutting edge technology, and get lots of exposure to different methods of management.

      Cons

      Based on the group you are with - there is to much of a "if I like you, you do well, if I don't, you don't" - you can stand against this if you've been there long enough, but if not, you won't stand a chance. Also, beware beware beware - they don't practice on boarding very well at all - you get hired, and then have to figure it out on your own. (again, my experience - others may vary).
