Pros
Big name company. Good on the resume.
Cons
Tense and unpredictable environment. Always watching your back. Management is not trustworthy. You never know if you are actually doing well or not as feedback is not clear especially at the factories. Cliquey and cult-like culture. If you are not a lifer at the organization, it is difficult to get accepted as a newbie. They are only welcoming on the surface level. Was treated as an outsider from day 1 till the end. When layoff decisions are being made, the newbies are let go first to protect the lifers even when one's position is not impacted and even when that individual has performed better than contemporaries from previous years
