      You get a discount on pizza.

      Cons

      You don't get many hours unless you're the same race as the boss. You'll only get paid minimum wage, and you'll never get a raise. The big boss in charge of the entire county cares more about keeping labor low than keeping customer satisfaction high; he advocates lying to customers about their wait time and following computerized advice about how to delivering pizzas--one delivery at a time per driver, despite drivers taking multiple deliveries to houses in close proximity being more efficient. Your schedule changes every week for no apparent reason.
