      Alright if you need a job right away

      Pros

      Quick paced so you don’t get bored, depending on boss and store you may get to eat the mess up food

      Cons

      Smelly, on your feet constantly, if you get slammed with a rush and are the only cook you don’t get guaranteed help, drivers can be demanding or take the wrong stuff which can set you back, drivers are paid more both in tips and base rate, not uncommon for cost-cutting measures in the form of bare minimum staff and-or not hiring enough staff to occur

      As a day driver it was chill, I am a busy person so I would do everything bc I can't just not. So the ability to stay busy was great, most of the people were nice enough. I could put my phone on a show or music and get my prep done just listening. Freedom bc of own car when driving.

      Cons

      Bad management, didn't look out for employees. Management training is a really bad joke. 7.25 in store 5.35 on the road and about 0 to 3 dollars being your average tip. People use this as a 2nd job and call out a lot!!! At one point we had 2 drivers for awhile and u would think that makes better money but its worse bc everything is always late and the computer tells people 30 min.

      You get a small paycheck.

      Cons

      They cap your pay no matter the job, which is well below a living wage. The owners have no contact or oversight. The benefits are so expensive and cover so little that they waste time and money. They have stopped every practice that made them once good. All of the food is frozen and reheated. Nothing is made in-house.
