      It's a job. Very basic food service.

      Not enough pay. Especially true in a bad neighborhood when you rely on tips.

      Let the general managers run the store bonus structure is good upper management have respect for all employees letting you off to handle medical issues

      Cons

      pay is not good compared to others in same field people are promoted for the wrong reasons labor percent is so low it requires you to work almost open to close six days a week

      franchises suck... ideas are only good when it is put on paper but not implemented....!!!
