Pros

-You get to clock in and out and get a base pay - leading a shift isn't difficult at pizza hut if you have waitstaff experience -There is a posted schedule each week, you'll always know when you work -it's easy to become friends with the people you work with, they're all generally young -the hardest part of your job will most likely be answering phone calls from angry customers who wanted pepperoni instead of canadian bacon

Cons

-as a shift leader, you do not make tips -if the store manager is out of reach and you are the only one left at the store and a problem arises, you're generally held accountable- screwed. -not much room for advancement until you reach the age where you are able to become store manager

Pros

At pizza hut it is after all a "first job" area. As for advancing you can't really get far unless you go to college but the do give raises and defiantly notice hard work.

Cons

The problem with pizza hut is the fact that there are many people in these fast food places that after a month or two into their job they don't take it very seriously; it takes a while for management to notice this.
