      Overall great place to work while in school.

      Pros

      Flexible hours especially while going to school, friendly atmosphere, could advance or learn more at own pace, made a lot of friends there.

      Cons

      Hard to get time off when there was an unexpected death in the family, did not give raises as they saw fit more awarded the favorites over the hard workers

      Pros

      Pizza Hut is fexiable to hourally employees, but is harder when you move up because you take on more responibilty. With pizza hut if you enjoy working with customers this is the place to be. With pizza huts standards they are always looking for postive people which makes work fun.

      Cons

      The downside with pizza hut is when you are in managment are required to be focus on your store and family has to be secound. Its a good job when you are by yourself and don't have to worry about anyone but yourself.

      Great parent company, Yum Brands; amazing restaurant general managers and team members, who are the heart and soul of our brand.

      There is a significant lack of humility, courage and integrity at the highest levels of Pizza Hut leadership.
