Great brand, company culture is casual, lots always going on with new offerings.

Cons

Too many politics based on peoples personality. Lots of talking behind peoples backs, whispering colleagues. Too many "stuck" employees just doing the basics to get them through the day. Not enough promotional opportunities to progress people quickly to where they develop to be. Instead they look to jump ship to higher level opportunities.

Pros

Benefits, culture, free food and drinks, parties, my management is awesome (YMMV), opportunity to explore different things, some work from home, flexible hours, tons of paid time off.

Cons

Perks like holiday parties are declining, upper management cuts money on necessary small return items and spends liberally on unnecessary stuff; high turnover and onboarding of every single application anyone wants creates a lot of work and hemorrhages money, but they cut spending on office cleaning and other minor expenses. Merging of SCEA and SNEI has been appallingly inept and there has been little or no engagement of stakeholders for anything.
