Cons

Siloed work, unrealistic planning and deadlines, company seems to only care about senior management and not the development or staff. Globalisation structure means lack of work like separation and boundaries.

It's important to us that you know how seriously we are taking your review. If you are in a toxic environment because of a leader, you should speak to your manager or to someone in HR. As far as the planning, deadlines, siloes, etc., you owe it to yourself to have a frank conversation with your leader about the challenges.
