Pros

At Bend Studio, you work with some of the most talented people in the industry. Everyone is extremely motivated to produce their best work possible. They really push the limits as to what can and can't be done. If you're an outdoorsy person, the location is a huge plus. Plenty of hiking, mountain biking, camping minutes from the city limits. And if the snow's good, Mt Bachelor's only a 20-30 min drive.

Cons

It's the only entertainment company in Bend. So if by chance you end up looking for other work, you'll have to head north to Portland or Seattle, or obviously South towards the Bay Area or Socal.
