You get to work on exciting new projects They quite often have unannounced next-gen technology The equipment is high quality Cafeteria with subsidised lunches and cheap beers on Friday nights

Cons

Management can be difficult to communicate with Wages lower than expected, given the skills of the employees Projects are often canned, resulting in low employee morale

Really relaxed environment with lots of really chill people. Definitely get to see a lot of diversity in the studios - and everyone here has a huge passion for the gaming industry

Cons

Little disorganized and frustrating trying to get things through higher corporate levels. Sometimes too many different departments and it can be confusing as to who's in charge of what.
