-Great canteen -Decent pay -Relaxed working environment

Cons

-Overuse of contractors with refusal to grant stable permanent positions with inferred benefits - Drink/sleep with the boss to get anywhere - it's a bit of an old boys club. - Expected to come into the office on Xmas day - Terrible work-life balance of hours between 8AM - 11PM for frontline contractors - Management are old-school and refuse to keep up with the times - Huge lack of communication between various areas of the business. - Complaints about sexual harassment are mostly ignored by HR/ Management until volume of complaints is too high

- Employees that have been there a long time no longer have to prove themselves. Too many old fat cats. - New employees are held to a different standard. - There are double standard and unfairness in how employees are treated. Too many old 'cliques'. Somewhat like high school. - Communication from ANY management level is sorely missing. - Change is at a snail's pace.
