Salary, work-life balance, opportunity to grow if you are motivated, PERKS, free stuff, connection to a great product, central location, lots of free food. Ability to work with new technologies if you can prove why its better, not just because its new.

Cons

Bad developers are not let go, super-tight development schedule does not leave enough time for proper design, high-turn over of good developers.

Internal politics, both within a single Sony division and among the sister Sony companies makes everything take forever, contentious, and decisions are made for political expediency vs. what's best. No work life balance to speak of
