After interning at two different offices over two years, I converted to full time. My time with Playstation Network has been good, both of my managers were cool in their own ways and the work was interesting. The San Diego office is more laid back and the San Francisco office is more like a standard hot tech company in the bay. Since I am going to be working fulltime in the bay I will give the Pros and cons of that office. Pros: - fun work environment, many avid gamers if you're into that kinda thing - Smart workers: all of the people I worked with knew what they were doing and were helpful, it's good to see that at a fairly new company. - Agile software development: The software development pace is quite quick which is great for rapid development and actually getting to see your changes in production. - The office is nice and in a good location to bart to. They are remodeling and adding some more entertainment like a new pool table.

Exciting, dynamic, always changing and lots of opportunity for those who are self motivated
