It's not a horrible place to work. Generally not a stressful place to work.

Cons

It's next to impossible to advance because long time employees never leave or retire. You can't advance because the person in front of you has been there for twenty years. Even worse, many of these long time employees are preventing needed changes and advancements from being made to the detriment of the company.
