Pros
Super friendly, inclusive people. Great office culture if you are in office and flexibility for remote work. You work with great talents from all over the world, working in every industry. Amazing kitchen & events coordinator. And with the employee discounts, in office merch sales and giveaways, parties and access to events, they make you feel appreciated as an employee.
Cons
Brand direction and priorities pivot frequently. Management likewise changes often. This might not be across all departments but it was frequent on the teams I was involved in.
