      Everything is all over the place. You need to build everything from scratch. There is no support from higher up. You will be expected to figure out everything on your own. There is NO communication In the interview process and in their communication about RTO, they always said it was a hybrid schedule with the option to work Mondays and Fridays from home. The president wants us back 5 days a week now. They have someone taking roll call the days we are in the office to make sure people are on their desk! LOL like in first grade. People are mad and they are jumping ship.
