      My peers are amazing. The job location is easy and accessible to several local restaurants, shopping, etc.

      Cons

      Under market salaries, expensive medical benefits, no room for growth, very old school mentality which allows zero creativity for new ways to bring in business.

      Great company when it was headquartered in Chicago IL

      Cons

      None to speak of...but leaving Chicago for L.A. didn't push sales of the magazine...but it made a few upper management people who didn't want to live in Chicago happy.
