      Literally the only thing running like a well-oiled machine at this company is the mailroom

      Lack of leadership. Senior management barely shows up when you need them but when they do they mostly spend their time belittling the performance of departments that are being held together by shoestrings. It's all just smoke and mirrors. Keep hiring under qualified candidates to fill
