Pros
Great people and incredibly laid back culture.
Cons
There was a severe deficiency in competent leadership whom lacked any concept of loyalty to its employees, some of which had been working there for decades. Compensation was incredibly low for a lot of people, unless you were a member of said incompetent leadership.
