      Pros

      The people and office culture were the best when I was working there. That is the only reason to stay. Learning from experienced people was also a plus.

      Cons

      CEO and new C level leadership has no sense of what to do with the company. Hired to many new outside people that jumped in and thought they new best, they only succeeded in alienating existing staff. Too many cooks in the kitchen syndrome.

      Top-notch creative collaborative team environment responsible for both Web and Print Liberal working environment I was afforded a chance for professional growth Worked for an American Icon Got to see the end of an era but also got to be part of an era...no matter how little time I spent there

      Pros

      You will have a lot of leeway to own your own projects. There is a ton of room for work-life balance here, as there is not a set "start time" for most positions. The offices are gorgeous.

      Cons

      These projects may never go anywhere, which can be frustrating. You may find salary is very low for the job you are doing. This is common to the entertainment industry, so not much to be done about this.
